Closely followed from an amazing 2D concept artist, the recreation of the 3D assets are intended for AR storytelling mobile game.
The modeling processes are done in Maya including UV unwrapping. The characters are fully rigged, and I animated both fireman and bunny characters in this demo in Maya. The textures are made in both substance designer and substance painter. Adjusting lighting and real-time rendering is done in Sketchfab engine.
Note Exception:
Even though I recreated the twigs and eyes on the bunny character in Photoshop, the whole process of modeling and texturing is done by another artist.
